From individual experiments to team delivery

Your team may already use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot. The next step is agreeing how to define the work, give an agent useful context, and check what it produces. We tailor the workshop to your team's experience and the work that gets stuck.

What your team practises

  • Turn a real task into a clear brief with boundaries and acceptance checks.
  • Give the agent the codebase context and team standards it needs.
  • Build small changes that people can review and explain.
  • Check the result against requirements, tests, and existing policies.
  • Choose delivery measures that show whether the new workflow helps.

Engineering teams work on implementation and review. Product and design teams practise clearer requirements, prototypes, and handoffs. We agree the exercises and expected outputs in the proposal.

How we work

  1. Introductory call. Discuss your goals and the problem you want to solve.
  2. Stakeholder call. Understand the different needs, views, and urgency across your business.
  3. Bespoke proposal. Agree the scope, preparation, delivery format, and price.
  4. Accept and schedule. Plan the workshop and prepare the tasks your team will use.

Guide prices

Bespoke team programmes are around USD 1,000 per person. Shorter focused sprints are around USD 100 per person per hour for team-bought delivery only, not public cohort seats. Prices are in USD, excluding VAT. Travel and venue costs are quoted separately where needed. See pricing for details.

What do we need before the workshop?

One useful task, the people who own its requirements and review, and access to the tools and data your policies allow. We agree any technical preparation before delivery.

Can you train a team with mixed experience?

Yes. We use the stakeholder call to understand the different starting points and adapt the exercises. The team works toward shared planning and review practices.
