Harness
A harness is everything around the model: the rules, skills, tools, checks and limits your agents work with, versioned in your repository. Without one, every person works alone and results differ per person. We score your team, install the layers your weakest area needs and test that each one holds. Then we train your team on it, so good work carries over to every person and every agent. Leading companies built their own, like Stripe with Minions and Ramp with Glass.

Engagement process
The same process as our training, with one added step: the harness installation.
- Introductory callA 30-minute call to discuss objectives, stakeholders and the work to be improved. Book the call.
- Team proficiency matrixEach team member completes a short assessment, so the programme matches the team's actual level.
- Stakeholder callA call with the owners of requirements and review, to align perspectives and priorities across the business.
- Written proposalA proposal with scope, schedule, materials and total price, for your review before acceptance.
- Acceptance and schedulingDates and preparation are confirmed, including the access and materials your team needs to arrange.
- Harness installationWe build the layers your weakest area needs in your repository, and test that each one holds.
- Bespoke trainingTraining based on your codebase, onsite, virtual or offsite.
What you keep
