Harness Institute is hiring experienced AI coding trainers based in the European Union and the United States.
Help professional teams use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools in their daily work. Teach practical workshops built around real development tasks, useful context, code review, and testing.
AI coding trainer

- Lead interactive workshops and live demonstrations for engineering teams.
- Adapt prepared exercises to the team’s tools, experience, and codebase.
- Help participants diagnose problems and review AI-generated changes.
- Work with the founders to prepare sessions and improve the teaching material.
What you bring
- Practical software engineering experience and current experience with AI coding tools.
- Experience teaching technical workshops, coaching engineers, or training clients.
- Clear English and confidence guiding a professional audience through hands-on exercises. Additional teaching languages are welcome.
- Examples of your teaching, plus availability for virtual and onsite sessions.
How we work
We offer competitive pay, with an hourly rate agreed for qualified client delivery. Approved travel, accommodation, and delivery expenses are covered.
You receive prepared workshop formats, exercises, and onboarding support. Assignments depend on client demand, your availability, and the fit with each engagement.
