How we work

  1. Introductory call. We discuss your goals and explain how our workshops work.
  2. Stakeholder call. We speak with the people involved in your business to understand their views, needs, and urgency.
  3. Bespoke proposal. We build a proposal around your team, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  4. Agree and schedule. Once you accept the proposal, we plan your workshop: offsite, onsite, or virtual.
