Harness Pulse

For teams of up to ten engineers. No setup required.
  • Briefing every two weeks
  • Two-hour live session each month
  • Shared Slack or Teams channel with both founders
  • Written action list after each session
Three-month minimum, then cancel monthly. USD 15,000 when paid yearly. The first month is refunded if the first session does not produce three changes your team will adopt. Excluding VAT.

  2. Team proficiency matrixEach team member completes a short assessment, so the programme matches the team's actual level.
  3. Stakeholder callA call with the owners of requirements and review, to align perspectives and priorities across the business.
  4. Written proposalA proposal with scope, schedule, materials and total price, for your review before acceptance.
  5. Acceptance and schedulingDates and preparation are confirmed, including the access and materials your team needs to arrange.
