Bespoke team programmes
01Around USD 1,000 per person. Available onsite, offsite, or virtually. For teams that need a shared way to work with AI across planning, implementation, and review. We shape the programme around stakeholder needs, skill levels, and real tasks. The guide price is a starting point for planning. The number of sessions, preparation, and expected outputs are agreed in your proposal.
Focused sprints
02Around USD 100 per person per hour. Available onsite, offsite, or virtually. For a specific skill or workflow that needs attention: writing clearer task briefs, reviewing agent-written changes, or using repository context consistently. A sprint keeps the scope narrow and gives the team time to practise. For example, ten people in a three-hour sprint gives an indicative training budget of USD 3,000 before VAT and any separately quoted costs.
What shapes your proposal
People and starting points
01Participant count, roles, and current experience determine the cohort structure and exercises. An engineering team learning its first workflow needs a different session from experienced users agreeing standards across several repositories.
The work you want to improve
02We ask where the team gets stuck and what a useful result would look like. A single review workflow can fit a focused sprint. Several roles, systems, or adoption goals may need a broader programme.
Preparation and technical context
03We agree which tasks, repositories, and approved tools the workshop will use. Technical preparation, access requirements, and the amount of adaptation affect the scope. The proposal makes that preparation explicit.
Delivery format and trainers
04Workshops can run onsite, offsite, or virtually. Duration, cohort structure, and the number of trainers shape the delivery fee. Travel and venue costs are quoted separately where needed.
Materials and follow-up
05Your proposal states the materials and any follow-up support included in the engagement. We agree those details before booking so the team knows what it receives and what happens after the workshop.
From first call to workshop
Introductory call
01We discuss your goals, the people involved, and the work you want to improve. This is also the time to ask how the workshops run and whether a short sprint or a broader programme fits your needs.
Stakeholder call
02We speak with the people who understand the team, its constraints, and its priorities. Their views help us choose useful exercises and agree what the training should achieve.
Bespoke proposal
03You receive the scope, preparation, materials, delivery schedule, total fee, and any agreed follow-up support. The proposal also states VAT treatment and travel or venue costs where relevant.
Accept and schedule
04Once you accept the proposal, we schedule the workshop and confirm the preparation. Your team knows which tools, tasks, and access it needs before the session starts.

Guide prices and final fees
01All guide prices on this page are in USD and exclude VAT. They are estimates for planning, not fixed-duration packages or instant bookings. We agree the final scope and price in a proposal before delivery.
A programme that fits your team
02The public guide covers bespoke team programmes and focused sprints. Existing client agreements, enterprise day-rate proposals, and separate self-paced products keep their own agreed pricing.
A useful starting brief
03Bring the approximate participant count, the tools you use, the workflow you want to improve, and your preferred delivery format. You do not need a finished curriculum; we develop that with the people involved.
